Kenny Lyman
Founder
I have an unapologetic obsession with building great teams, providing exceptional service, and creating meaningful, lasting impacts in the lives of those we serve. Through innovation, compassion, and dedicated leadership, I strive to elevate the standards of care and enrich our community by ensuring that every individual receives the support and respect they deserve.
I am a United States Navy Veteran. During my service, I was deployed multiple times in the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Aden to combat the global war on terror. I led several teams in critical interdiction and anti-piracy operations, including a rescue mission that saved over 60 sea-goers clinging to debris off the coast of Indonesia.

Following my military career, I served as a Police Officer, where I spent three years on our regional SWAT team. This experience honed my ability to perform under pressure and reinforced my commitment to serving and protecting others.
Now, as an entrepreneur, I continue to serve my community through our healthcare company. We have proudly served thousands of clients across Washington and Idaho, always striving to enhance their quality of life. My exposure to the healthcare industry has led me to a clear conclusion: “We must do better.”
I am dedicated to being a part of that change, ensuring that every individual in our care receives the dignity, respect, and quality service they deserve. Together, we can make a profound difference.
