We provide a wide range of services, including assistance with daily activities (such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation), companionship, specialized care for chronic conditions, dementia and Alzheimer’s care, and concierge nursing services.

Local HomeHemo provides a dedicated Nurse as a Professional Care Partner to administer home hemodialysis treatments, ensuring personalized and compassionate care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Our team handles all aspects of dialysis setup and management, offering comprehensive support to enhance patient safety, comfort, and overall quality of life. We are committed to delivering seamless continuity of care while empowering patients and their families to confidently manage home dialysis.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Understanding the Cost of Nurse-Assisted Home Hemodialysis
We encourage you to reach out to one of our care specialists to discuss your needs and explore the options available to you. We accept most major commercial insurance plans; however, we are unable to accept Medicare or Medicaid at this time.
What if My Local HomeHemo Nurse is Sick or on Vacation?
If your assigned nurse is unavailable due to illness or vacation, our Flex Nurse will arrange for another qualified nurse to carry out your treatment, or they will cover your treatment themselves.
What services does Local Home Care provide?
Local Home Care helps seniors and adults live their best quality of life at home, offering assistance with aging parents, Alzheimer’s, dementia, and mobility. We provide companionship care such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation, as well as personal care like bathing, grooming, and mobility support. Some locations also offer specialized services like dementia care, private nursing, and safety technology, with services varying by state.
Are services available 24 hours, 7 days a week?
Yes. Services are available for as little as a few hours a visit up to 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
How much does in-home care cost?
We encourage you to contact your local office directly for a complete list of products and services available, as well as the rates for your area.
Can you provide services on short notice?
Yes. We understand that situations can arise where one needs in-home care services in a hurry. We can provide services on an as-needed basis.
